Justice Tsoho Commits to CCB Investigation Cooperation

Justice Tsoho, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, has stated his commitment to fully cooperate with the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) in an ongoing investigation concerning his asset declaration. This follows allegations that he failed to disclose several bank accounts, including a domiciliary account in Naira.

Tsoho's statement was made on Monday, where he expressed his readiness to address the CCB's inquiries despite being unable to attend a scheduled date due to medical reasons while outside the country. He indicated that he would honor the CCB's invitation upon his return, with a proposed date for his appearance within the week commencing March 16, 2026.

Tsoho's legal representative, Kanu Godwin Agabi, SAN, accompanied him in this matter. The Chief Judge reaffirmed his commitment to transparency and due process, recalling that he submitted his asset declaration form to the bureau on April 29, 2024.
