Selena Gomez, the American singer and actress, expressed hope in becoming a mother despite her medical condition, which prevents her from carrying a child in her womb. Gomez revealed that she has received offers for surrogacy and adoption, viewing these options as a blessing from wonderful people.

While acknowledging that a child through surrogacy or adoption may look different, Gomez emphasized that the care and love for the child would remain the same. Last year, Gomez disclosed her struggle with the autoimmune disease lupus, which poses a risk to her life if she were to carry a child.

Gomez, who recently got engaged to producer Benny Blanco, mentioned that Blanco has also spoken about raising a child with her in the future.
