Ola Aina, a 29-year-old defender currently playing for Nottingham Forest, has humorously dismissed the possibility of joining Arsenal, stating he is "too old" for the North London club. This remark was made in a video that surfaced on Tuesday after a Nigerian fan, who works at Wimbledon, asked him about the prospect of transferring to Arsenal.

Aina responded with a smile, indicating his light-heartedness regarding the question. He has spent the last three seasons at Nottingham Forest, having joined the club from Torino in the summer of 2023.

Prior to his time at Nottingham Forest, Aina also played for Fulham during the 2020/21 season. He is recognized as a product of Chelsea’s academy, highlighting his long-standing connection to English football.
