Ghana Mourns Passing of Former First Lady Nana Rawlings, Champion of Women's Rights

Mrs. Nana Rawlings, the former First Lady of Ghana, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of championing women's rights and empowerment.

She co-founded the 31st December Women's Movement with Mr. Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and dedicated her life to uplifting women and fostering community development.

Dr. Jumai Ahmadu, co-convener of the Africa Women Conference (AWC), expressed condolences and highlighted Mrs.

Rawlings' significant contributions to Ghana's socio-economic development through her gender advocacy.
