Indomie Heroes Awards 2026 Expands Age Eligibility

Dufil Prima Food PLC has unveiled the 18th edition of the Indomie Heroes Awards, which recognizes Nigerian children for their acts of bravery and ingenuity that positively impact their communities. The eligibility age has been expanded from 15 to 0-16 years, allowing a broader participation across the country.

This change aims to inspire more young Nigerians and capture their stories of courage, empathy, and leadership. The nomination process has been opened earlier than in previous editions to give parents, guardians, teachers, and community leaders ample time to submit entries, with a deadline set for June 2026.

The official launch of the awards took place over the weekend, with Temitop Ashiwaju, the Group Corporate Communications Event Manager of Dufil Prima Food, emphasizing the organization's belief that courage knows no age limit. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to spotlighting inspiring young Nigerians whose actions embody these values.
