IGP Disu Commends FCTA Official for Security Commitment

Inspector General of Police Olatunji Disu commended Dr. Peter Olumuji, a top official of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), for his dedication to advancing security architecture across Nigeria's capital.

This recognition occurred during a celebration of Olumuji's recent acquisition of a PhD in Security Strategy Studies from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. Disu emphasized the importance of academic certification for modern security personnel and highlighted Olumuji's commitment to ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

Adamu Gwari, Director of FCTA Security Services Department, linked Olumuji's achievements to a broader security revolution led by the Minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike. Gwari noted the increasing number of PhD holders in the department, which he believes will address urban security challenges.

Professor Haruna Kuje Ayuba, who supervised Olumuji's studies, praised his dedication to learning, while Dr. Stephen Okor from the Nigerian Army University described Olumuji as a gentleman and leader with loyalty and honesty.

Olumuji underscored the need for Nigeria's security strategy to integrate advanced technology to reduce reliance on manpower.
