Akpabio Assures Nigerians on Insecurity Solutions

On Wednesday, Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, assured Nigerians that the administration led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is dedicated to resolving the ongoing insecurity issues in Nigeria. During a courtesy visit from the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria, headed by Dr.

Lima Ahmed, Akpabio stated that the government is giving utmost attention to security challenges. He referenced the recent release of school children abducted in Oyo State as evidence of the administration's commitment.

Akpabio urged citizens not to rely on social media for accurate information regarding the security situation, asserting that it does not reflect the reality in the country. He also discussed the challenges women face in supporting each other for political positions, attributing this to past misuse of power by those in office.

Akpabio expressed his support for the upcoming international Ladies tournament at the IBB International Golf Course in Abuja and was honored as the grand patron of the group.
