ATC Industrial Hub Launches Major Investment in Ogun State

On a recent Tuesday, investors convened in the quiet town of Remo, Ogun State, for the inauguration of the ATC Business Industrial Park, marking a significant economic milestone. The event was attended by dignitaries including Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and Oladipo Odujinrin, Chairman of Abejoy Trade Company Limited.

The park, which spans 10 acres, is designed to function as an industrial hub with established infrastructure to support business activities. It includes a fully developed four-acre area, stable power supply, and administrative facilities aimed at attracting and retaining international companies.

Three warehouses are already fully occupied by foreign firms, indicating strong demand for the industrial cluster. The park's strategic location near Iperu and Ilishan, within an hour of Lagos and close to the proposed Olokola deep sea port, enhances its appeal.

Future developments include a six-acre expansion earmarked for a shopping mall and a four-star business hotel to support workforce growth in the region.
