IPC Mourns Passing Of The Nation’s Senior Correspondent Evelyn

The International Press Centre (IPC) in Lagos, Nigeria, is mourning the untimely passing of Evelyn Osagie, a Senior Correspondent for The Nation Newspaper. IPC Executive Director, Mr.

Lanre Arogundade, expressed deep sorrow and extended heartfelt condolences to Osagie's family, friends, and colleagues. Osagie was a renowned journalist whose work amplified the voices of women in journalism and advocacy.

She made significant contributions to reporting on women's issues and the electoral process, particularly during the recent European IPC NAWOJ interface in Port Harcourt. Arogundade praised Osagie for her commitment to inclusive reporting and pledged that The Nation would continue to be a trailblazer in projecting the voices of female politicians.
