ADC Chairman Alleges Ireti Kingibe Misused N100M Fund

Omal Sule, the Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), made allegations regarding Ireti Kingibe, a senator and member of the ADC. He claimed that Kingibe received N100 million prior to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) elections but that the party did not witness any positive outcomes from this funding.

Sule expressed his concerns during a press conference in Abuja, stating that the ADC's FCT chapter had approached the Federal High Court in Abuja regarding the matter. He criticized Kingibe for failing to engage with the party's structure and for creating her own separate structure outside of the party's framework.

Sule noted that Kingibe's absence from meetings and lack of communication with state chairmen was detrimental to the party, emphasizing that even the president of the country had been able to attend meetings when called.
