Gov. Sule Dismisses ADC's Claim of 2027 Election Being About APC vs. Nigerians

Nasarawa State Governor, Gov. Sule, criticized the African Democrat Congress (ADC) for suggesting that the 2027 election is about the All Progressives Congress (APC) versus Nigerians.

He highlighted the importance of selecting candidates based on merit and experience during an interview on Channel Television's political program. The Governor's administration aims to enhance public service efficiency and service delivery by appointing officials based on their capacity to contribute meaningfully to governance.

This move is part of efforts to strengthen administrative processes and improve policy implementation in the state. The statement was issued by the Head of Civil Service on January 21, 2026, as part of the Governor's initiative to reinvigorate public service in Nasarawa State.
