Yahaya Bello Confident of APC Victory in Kogi Elections

Yahaya Adoza Bello, the former Governor of Kogi State and the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Kogi Central Senatorial District, declared his confidence in winning Kogi State during a homecoming event attended by a large crowd of supporters. He emphasized the strong loyalty of his supporters to the APC, stating, “I have never doubted that my people are with me 100 per cent.” Bello expressed gratitude for the turnout, which he described as a spontaneous show of support, and assured that the APC remains firmly rooted in Kogi State.

He also voiced his support for President Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, asserting that the APC is well-positioned for victory in the upcoming elections. Bello's remarks came amid ongoing preparations for the 2027 general elections, where he expects voters to back him and other APC candidates, highlighting the party's commitment to infrastructure development and democratic dividends.
