IYD: PDP Chieftain Seeks Youth Collaboration For Functional Leadership System

Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain and 2023 Governorship candidate in Ebonyi State, emphasized the need for youth collaboration in building a functional leadership system.

He urged the youth to actively participate in governance to combat poverty and ensure sustainable development. Odii highlighted the challenges faced by the youth in Ebonyi State, including high unemployment rates and lack of opportunities.

He called for innovative solutions and local actions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Odii emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability in governance, citing the state's poor ranking in the Subnational Audit Efficacy (SAE) Index.

Despite the challenges, Odii expressed hope in the resilience and entrepreneurial spirit of Ebonyi youth, calling for unity and collective action for a better future.
