The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) is a significant employer of overseas healthcare professionals, with its recruitment portal listing vacancies for roles such as nurses and doctors, many of which explicitly state “Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available.” The NHS Trust supports successful candidates through the Certificate of Sponsorship process for a UK Skilled Worker visa and assists with relocation. Ireland’s Health Service Executive recruits healthcare professionals to address workforce shortages, while Health Match BC connects internationally trained healthcare workers with employers in British Columbia.

Germany’s “Make it in Germany” portal links skilled workers with employers in various sectors and provides guidance on work visas and relocation. Visa sponsorship availability varies by employer and vacancy.
