Joint security heads visit personel on special operations across Imo

The heads of various security agencies in Imo State recently visited personnel stationed at strategic points across the state to boost morale in the fight against insecurity. The Police spokesperson, DSP Henry Okoye, and the State Commissioner of Police, Aboki Danjuma, along with military Service Commanders, visited Joint Security Operatives engaged in special operations in the Okigwe flashpoint.

The visit aimed to assess the progress of the mission and reaffirm the united resolve of security agencies to safeguard life and property in the state. The security chiefs commended the operatives for their courage, professionalism, and discipline in addressing security threats in the Okigwe axis.

They reassured residents of their commitment to providing sustained military support and urged operatives to remain vigilant and focused until the mission objectives are fully achieved. The State Police Commissioner also encouraged the public to support the operation by providing timely and credible information on suspicious activities.

Residents were urged to go about their lawful activities without fear and to report any suspicious movements or persons.
