Alkali Donates ₦1 Million for Peace in Jos Communities

Former member of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Adam Alkali, donated ₦1 million to support peace initiatives in the Anguwan Rukuba and Anguwan Rogu communities of Jos, which have been affected by recent violence. During the donation presentation, represented by spokesperson Abu Maleek and aid Sani Salihu, Alkali expressed profound appreciation for the residents' courage and patience in protecting lives during the crisis.

He highlighted the importance of unity and restraint among both Christian and Muslim communities to prevent further bloodshed. Alkali called on citizens and leaders to emulate the residents' example of mutual respect and tolerance, reinforcing the idea that peace is achievable through collective efforts.

He acknowledged the contributions of local youth, like Muhammad Sulaiman, in safeguarding the community and fostering peace, emphasizing that humanity should prevail over religious differences.
