Court Warns Odumodublvck Over Absence in ₦2 Billion Case

The Federal Capital Territory High Court in Life Camp, Abuja, has issued a warning to rapper Odumodublvck regarding his failure to appear in court for a ₦2 billion assault case brought against him by Levi Ogbogiri, known as Kraziec. The court, presided over by Judge Adeyemi Ajayi, scheduled the next hearing for June 23, 2026, after the defense requested a postponement due to the absence of their lawyer, who is outside the jurisdiction until the end of May.

The claimant's lawyer did not object to the request but emphasized that the matter had already been postponed several times, including due to court renovations. The case originates from an incident in December 2024, where the claimant alleges he was attacked, with the event captured on photo and video, resulting in emotional distress and damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The claimant seeks ₦2 billion in damages, medical expenses, and a public apology across social media platforms and national newspapers.
