Julius Berger Nigeria Closed Period Q3 2026 Results

Julius Berger Nigeria Plc has announced a closed period commencing October 1, 2026, in connection with its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2026. The filing also discloses that the Board Audit Committee will meet on October 29, 2026 to consider the Q3 2026 financial statements.

Julius Berger Nigeria Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of a closed period effective October 1, 2026, pursuant to amended Rule 17.18 of the NGX rulebook governing periods of closure.

The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for Q3 2026 — covering the period ending September 30, 2026 — are released to the public via the NGX Issuers' Portal.

During this period, all individuals classified as "Insiders" under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (CAMA), SEC regulations, and NGX rules are prohibited from trading or dealing in Julius Berger's equity. This restriction applies to insiders across Julius Berger Nigeria Plc and all its subsidiaries.

The company further disclosed that its Board Audit Committee is scheduled to meet on October 29, 2026, to review and consider the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements, which will subsequently be released in line with the company's published Release Calendar.
