Delta Governor Reaffirms Partnership with Julius Berger

Delta State Governor Rt. Hon.

Sheriff Oborevwori has reaffirmed his administration's commitment to partnering with Julius Berger Nigeria PLC for the execution of construction projects. This partnership is part of ongoing efforts to drive job creation and accelerate infrastructure development across the state.

Governor Oborevwori highlighted the challenges of unemployment and economic hardship faced by families, stressing the need for deliberate government intervention to improve livelihoods and create opportunities for young people. He commended the workers and contractors involved in the projects for their dedication to community development.

The governor noted that the administration will continue to collaborate with Julius Berger Nigeria PLC to execute critical projects aimed at boosting employment and enhancing infrastructure in Warri and Effurun. He disclosed that the reconstruction of the Effurun Roundabout and NPA Axis has already been awarded to Julius Berger, aligning with the administration's plan for modern infrastructure within the Warri-Effurun metropolis.

Additionally, he revealed that the Warri-Od Itsekiri road bridge project will be inaugurated upon completion.
