Nigeria's Junior YellowGreens achieved a significant seven-wicket victory against Rwanda in their third league match of the ICC U19 Men’s World Cup Africa Qualifier Division 2, held at the Gahanga Main Oval in Kigali. Nigeria's bowlers excelled, dismissing Rwanda for just 79 runs in 23.1 overs, with Emmanuel Oladejo leading the attack with figures of 3/9 from five overs.

Abdullahi Ismail and Keneth Boniface also contributed with three wickets each, taking 19 runs from seven overs and 22 runs from six overs, respectively. Captain Ali Rahmon expressed satisfaction with the bowling but noted the need for improvement in discipline.
