The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has rebranded as the Nigeria Revenue Service (NR) with a new logo, aligning with the Nigeria Revenue Service Establishment Act 2025 signed by President Bola Tinubu in June 2025. The new identity signifies a commitment to efficiency, transparency, and service excellence in revenue administration.

The agency's chairman, Zacch Adedeji, highlighted the importance of the rebranding in advancing Nigeria's economic transformation agenda and global best practices. The move aims to strengthen institutional capacity, foster taxpayer trust, and support national development.
