Gunmen Abduct Five Rivers State University Students in Port Harcourt

Gunmen suspected to be cultists abducted five students from Rivers State University's satellite campus in Nkpolu Oroworukwu, Port Harcourt. The victims were taken off-campus to Emuoha Local Government Area.

Police spokesperson Grace Iring Koko confirmed the abduction and described the attack as being carried out by cultists who fired multiple gunshots. The police have deployed a tactical team to rescue the victims and apprehend the gang responsible.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday when the cultists stormed the area, shot and abducted the students to an unknown destination.
