NMA Report Declares Nnamdi Kanu Fit for Trial in Abuja Court

The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) report has confirmed Nnamdi Kanu's fitness for trial, as directed by Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja. The report followed an independent verification of Kanu's health status, indicating that his life is not in danger.

The trial is set to begin on October 23, with Kanu granted six consecutive days for his defense. Kanu's legal team raised concerns about a private meeting outside the Department of State Services (DSS) premises, which was approved by the judge.
