Kaduna APC Launches 2027 Campaign Focused on Issues

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State has officially launched its campaign for the 2027 elections, committing to an issue-based approach that highlights the achievements of Governor Uba Sani’s administration. At a press conference in Kaduna on Wednesday, APC State Publicity Secretary, Mohamed Sani Haruna, stated that the party aims to conduct a peaceful and credible campaign while respecting other political entities and the electorate.

The campaign will focus on Uba Sani's accomplishments in education, healthcare, sports, and skills acquisition. Notably, the administration has reduced tuition fees in state-owned tertiary institutions by 50% and reintroduced scholarship programs.

Haruna also addressed criticisms from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) regarding Kaduna State University, asserting that industrial disputes should not be seen as government failure. He emphasized that the APC would also support the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima in 2027, promoting their commitment to Nigeria's development.
