APC Launches Campaign for 2027 Elections in Kaduna

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State officially commenced its campaign for the 2027 governorship and State House of Assembly elections. The party, represented by State Publicity Secretary Mohamed Sani Haruna, emphasized a commitment to an issue-based campaign that highlights the achievements of Governor Uba Sani’s administration, avoiding personal attacks on opposition parties.

Haruna stated that the APC aims to conduct a peaceful and credible campaign, respecting all political entities and the electorate. He noted significant progress in sectors such as education, healthcare, sports, and skills acquisition under Uba Sani's governance.

Key achievements include a 50% reduction in tuition fees for state-owned tertiary institutions and the reintroduction of scholarship programs. The administration has also upgraded general hospitals and invested in sports infrastructure, including the reconstruction of Ahmadu Bello Stadium.

Haruna expressed confidence in the APC candidates, asserting their superiority over those from other parties.
