Kaduna Governor Uba Sani Receives 183 Rescued Abductees from Kurmin Wali

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State received 183 individuals who were rescued from abduction in Kurmin Wali. The governor assured the returnees of the state government's full commitment to ensuring their safety, rehabilitation, and long-term security within the community.

The rescued individuals, who were held captive for 19 days, were provided with temporary accommodation and comprehensive medical and psychological care. Governor Sani emphasized the government's support for their livelihoods, especially through assistance to small businesses to help them rebuild their lives.

The state administration is collaborating with relevant stakeholders, including community leaders, religious bodies, and security agencies, to ensure lasting peace in Tudun Wali and across Kaduna State.
