Kaduna Institute Graduates 4,050 Skilled Trainees

During the maiden graduation ceremony at the Balarabe Musa campus of the Kaduna Institute, 4,050 trainees were celebrated. Dr. Alausa, represented by Prof. Idris Bugaje, Executive Secretary of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), urged industries to recruit graduates from the institute instead of importing skilled labor from ECOWAS and Asian countries.

Bugaje commended Governor Uba Sani for establishing a hub for skilled manpower and for approving the use of the institute's training manuals across Nigeria. He noted that the institute is accredited by NBTE and possesses superior equipment compared to other centers, including the Dangote Skills Acquisition Centre in Kano.

Bugaje also acknowledged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, which aims to empower young Nigerians. He encouraged the graduates, now titled Uba Sani Skills Ambassadors (USSA), to mobilize other young people to register for training at the institute.
