Kano State Government Allocates N3.3 Billion for Water Supply and Energy Projects

The Kano State government has allocated N3.3 billion for projects aimed at improving water supply and energy infrastructure in the state. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf's administration approved the funds for initiatives such as constructing a modern water treatment plant in Taliwaiwai, Rano Local Government Area, and settling outstanding electricity bills with KEDCO.

The goal is to ensure uninterrupted water supply and enhance water management infrastructure in urban and rural areas, ultimately improving the living standards of the people of Kano.
