Katsina Governor Radda Advocates Unity in North-West Politics

On Saturday, Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda urged for unity and stronger political collaboration among stakeholders in the North-West region of Nigeria during a high-level meeting held in Abuja. The meeting included senior political office holders from the Federal Government, members of the National Assembly, heads of federal agencies, and stakeholders from Katsina State and the wider North-West.

Radda emphasized the importance of reviving the Katsina Stakeholders Forum to foster collaboration and align policies, which would enable the region to contribute meaningfully to national governance. He called for stakeholders to take ownership of government narratives and promote achievements under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration.

Radda also stressed the necessity of leveraging media platforms to disseminate accurate information and strengthen public trust. The meeting concluded with a resolution to improve funding for federal agencies to enhance service delivery, particularly at the grassroots level, ensuring that critical stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process.
