Hoodlums Attack Musa Adamu Network Vehicles in Katsina

In Yankara town, Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State, suspected hoodlums attacked and set ablaze two vehicles, including one belonging to the Musa Adamu Network (MAN), resulting in multiple injuries and damage to shops. The incident took place during preparations for a political rally hosted by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, as supporters and local officials awaited his arrival at the traditional ruler’s palace.

Alhaji Nura Sule Yandaki, Chairman of the MAN Network Caucus, led a delegation of 11 members to the rally when the attack occurred. Tension escalated in the area following a Maulud procession by an Islamic sect, which the hoodlums allegedly exploited to target passing vehicles.

Although the group’s vehicle was destroyed, Yandaki confirmed that all members escaped unharmed. A local government official confirmed injuries and damage but noted that security had been restored and normal activities resumed in the town.
