Kebbi Deputy Speaker Abducted by Armed Bandits in Security Crisis

Onuminya Inocent, the Deputy Speaker of Kebbi State House of Assembly, was kidnapped by armed bandits in Bagudo Local Government Area. The incident occurred shortly after he returned home from observing the Isha prayer.

The Kebbi State Police Command confirmed the abduction and initiated a search and rescue operation. Security forces, including a joint team of police, military personnel, and local vigilantes, are combing the area to rescue the lawmaker.

The Kebbi State Government is working to ensure Inocent's safe release. The State Police Boss, Bello Sani, urged residents to remain calm and assured them of top security measures.
