Kebbi First Lady Donates Cash to Cancer Patients During Awareness Campaign

The First Lady of Kebbi State, Dr. Nafisa Nasir Idri, donated N100,000 to a cancer patient at the Federal Teaching Hospital in Birnin Kebbi during a walk campaign against cancer to commemorate World Breast Cancer Day 2025.

Dr. Nafisa stressed the need for awareness and support for those affected by cancer, encouraging women to undergo regular hospital visits for early detection and treatment.

She also visited the Kalgo community to address women on the dangers of cancer. The gesture aimed to support cancer patients and promote early intervention in the fight against the disease.
