Kebbi State Government Orders Schools to Reopen for Second Term Amid Security Concerns

The Kebbi State Government has instructed all public and private primary and secondary schools in the state to resume the second term for the 2025-2026 academic session on January 5, 2026. This decision comes after the abduction of 25 students from Government Day Secondary School in Maga Zuru Local Government Area by suspected bandits.
