LAAC 30th Annual Conference Set for September 2026 in Lagos

The 30th edition of the League of Airports and Aviation Correspondents (LAAC) Annual Conference is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the Providence Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos. The conference will feature prominent figures such as the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr.

Festus Keyamo, who will serve as the Special Guest of Honour. Dr.

Wale Babalakin, Chairman of Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, will chair the event, while Mr. Allen Onyema, Chairman of Air Peace Limited, is set to deliver the keynote address.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Towards a Sustainable Aviation Industry: Balancing Government Revenue Demands with Sector Growth.” This event aims to gather key stakeholders, including government officials, aviation regulators, and airline operators, to discuss critical issues affecting the aviation sector. Additionally, the second edition of LAAC’s Champions of Aviation publication will be unveiled, highlighting the achievements of various aviation industry players.
