ADC Petitions NASS to Declare Lawmaker's Seat Vacant in Kogi

The African Democrat Congress (ADC) in Kogi State has petitioned the National Assembly, specifically the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Abba, to declare the seat of Hon.

Leke Joseph Abejide in Yagba Federal Constituency vacant. This move follows Hon.

Abejide's expulsion from the party for gross misconduct and anti-party activities. The petition, jointly signed by ADC's state chairman Hon.

Kingsley Temitope Ogga and state secretary Comrade Adaji John Udala, requests the Speaker to take action in accordance with the party's constitution.
