Kogi State Health Ministry Offers Free Medical Outreach

The Kogi State Health Ministry, led by Dr. Abdulazeez Adam Adeiza, conducted a comprehensive medical outreach aimed at expanding access to quality healthcare.

The outreach took place in Agassa, Oken LGA, and provided free medical consultations across multiple specialties, allowing patients to receive expert assessments without referral delays or consultation fees. The initiative included diagnostic investigations such as laboratory tests and X-rays to facilitate prompt diagnosis and treatment, with immediate care administered on-site.

A large number of qualified health workers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory scientists, and community health workers, participated in the outreach, ensuring orderly service delivery despite the large turnout of patients. Dr.
