Kwankwaso Meets Obasanjo in Kano for Political Exchange

On Thursday night, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the vice presidential candidate of the New Democratic Congress (NDC), paid a courtesy visit to former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Kano. This meeting was confirmed by Kwankwaso's media aide, Saifullahi Hassan, who stated that the visit provided an opportunity for a warm exchange between the two political leaders.

Kwankwaso was accompanied by Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo, the NDC governorship candidate for Kano State. Olusegun Obasanjo previously served as Nigeria's military head of state from 1976 to 1979 and later as a democratically elected president from 1999 to 2007, marking significant periods in Nigeria's political history.
