Kwankwaso and Obi Discuss Unity in Abuja Meeting

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State and a member of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), held a closed-door meeting with Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the NDC, on Friday. The meeting took place at Obi's residence in Abuja, where Kwankwaso disclosed via his X handle on Saturday that the discussions were productive.

The focus was on addressing key partisan national issues. Kwankwaso expressed gratitude for the warm welcome he received upon returning from an international trip.

He emphasized the importance of unity among leaders of the NDC, highlighting the necessity for maturity and the willingness to make sacrifices while tolerating differences in pursuit of shared goals. The meeting aimed to ensure that the NDC remains united in its mission for Nigeria.
