NNPP Chairman Warns ADC of Kwankwaso's Exit Impact

Agbo Major, the chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), issued a warning to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) regarding the potential negative impact of Rabiu Kwankwaso's exit from the NNPP. Major acknowledged Kwankwaso's significant contributions, stating that his presence had helped the NNPP gain a state governor and strengthen its overall structure.

He cited the role Kwankwaso played in bringing Governor Abba Yusuf to power in Kano State as a major milestone for the party. Despite recognizing these contributions, Major expressed disappointment over Kwankwaso's departure and cautioned that the ADC should value their political alliances, as they could become a nuisance if not managed properly.

He emphasized that political growth requires consistency and questioned the broader political influence of Kwankwaso, warning that his defection to the ADC could have detrimental effects.
