Danladi Receives INEC Nomination for Kwara Governorship

On a Tuesday in Ilorin, Kwara State, Yakubu Salihu Danladi, the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, received the nomination form for the governorship candidacy from the All Progressives Congress (APC). The presentation ceremony was attended by party chairman Princ Sundai Fagbemi, executive members, and numerous stakeholders, including lawmakers and cabinet members.

Danladi expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for their support. He emphasized the importance of unity within the party and promised to carry everyone along during his campaign for the 2027 general elections.

The nomination form was filled out and submitted to the INEC for ratification following the APC's primary elections, which had seen multiple candidates contesting. Danladi assured that the APC would emerge victorious and remain a strong force in Kwara State politics.
