Lafarge Africa Celebrates Trade Partners at 2025 Awards

Lafarge Africa Plc celebrated its 2025 Customer and Transporter Awards on a Saturday, recognizing outstanding trade partners who contribute significantly to the company's success. The ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including Hon. Moruf Akinderu-Fatai, the Honourable Commissioner for Women Affairs in Cross River State, and members of Lafarge's board such as Mr. Adenik Ogunlesi, Mr. Olusola Oworu, and Mr. Elenda Osima Dokubo.

Awards were given to top performers, including Elder Ubong Bassei Obot from Ubotex Nigeria Limited, who received a 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser, and Chizoba C. C.

Umeh from Batoframoj Enterprises, who won a 2026 Toyota Prado. Other notable awards included a 2026 Toyota Hilux and various prizes for emerging champions.

Lolu Alad Akinyemi, Group Managing Director and CEO of Lafarge Africa, expressed gratitude to partners for their loyalty and commitment, emphasizing that the company's growth story is incomplete without them.
