Lagos Anglican Women Launch Fellowship for Growth

On Saturday, the Lagos West Anglican Communion hosted a breakfast fellowship for women in business, themed "Prune to Progress." The event aimed to reflect on personal growth and professional advancement. Notable attendees included Ogun State Governor Mr. Bamidele Abiodun and various professionals.

Dr. Lydia Odedeji, president of the Women and Children Organization, led the event, which featured a pink dress code and attracted several hundred women. Key speakers included Mr. Abosed Amusan, who discussed financial strategies, and Mr. Folak Sanu, who emphasized the importance of financial clarity and prudent spending.

Mr. Chinwendum Emel shared insights on business management, encouraging women to recognize and utilize available resources. The event also highlighted the significance of physical health and proper estate planning.

The diocesan coordinator, Funmi Wale Adegbit, opened the event with a welcome address, setting the tone for discussions on career advancement and personal development.
