Lagos APC Denies Claims of Stranded Delegates in Abuja

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) issued a statement on Saturday denying reports that delegates from Lagos were stranded during the party's national convention in Abuja. The party's spokesman, Oladejo, described the claims as false and misleading, urging the public to disregard them.

He explained that the logistics for the delegates were well-coordinated, ensuring their comfort throughout their journey and upon arrival, with appropriate accommodations provided. Oladejo emphasized that the Lagos State government does not fund party activities, highlighting that the APC operates independently in managing its logistics and internal structure.

He also called on the public to rely on verified sources and exercise caution when engaging with unconfirmed reports, reaffirming the party's commitment to cohesion within Lagos APC and its support for government initiatives at both state and federal levels.
