Coker Aguda LCDA Crowns Beauty Queen for Youth Talent

The Coker Aguda Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Lagos held a grand final contest on Friday to crown a beauty queen aimed at promoting youth talents. The event, initiated by the LCDA chairman Mr.

Ogidan Azeez, sought to celebrate youth and encourage aspiring models to showcase their creativity within the community. The contest featured young contestants from seven wards, selected based on criteria that included their impact on the community and performance in assigned projects.

Thelma Maduik emerged as the winner, receiving a cash prize and a trip to the Benin Republic. She emphasized that the pageant serves as a platform to empower young women and encourage their participation in societal development.

Additionally, other winners in various categories included Miss Fit, Miss Obi Oluwatosin, and Miss Klick Super Model. Afeez Sulaimon, a council leader, expressed the initiative's goal to motivate youth to achieve greater heights and support their development on local, national, and global stages.
