Lagos to Begin Lekki-Epe Road Rehabilitation, Traffic Diversions Planned

The Lagos State Government, led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, will kick off the rehabilitation of the 20km Lekki-Epe Road on January 25. The project, overseen by Mr.

Olufemi Daramola, will involve upgrading the road with flexible pavement known as asphalt. The rehabilitation will be carried out in eight sections, with traffic management strategies in place to minimize disruptions.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes such as the coastal road to avoid congestion. The project aims to improve infrastructure and enhance transportation in the Lagos area.
