Arbeloa Praises Fran García After Real Madrid's Victory

Álvaro Arbeloa, the manager of Real Madrid, expressed admiration for Fran García after the team's 4-1 victory against Elche in LaLiga on March 14. García, a 26-year-old left-back, played a significant role in the match held at the Santiago Bernabéu, contributing to the team's impressive win.

This victory allowed Real Madrid to narrow the gap with Barcelona to just one point, as Barcelona aimed to restore a four-point advantage at the top when facing Sevilla on March 15. Arbeloa praised García's professionalism, noting the difficulty of maintaining high performance levels without regular playing time.

García's role has been reduced this season, serving as a backup left-back following Alvaro Carrera's transfer to Santiago Bernabéu during the summer. He has participated in 17 matches across competitions this season, starting just seven times.

García, who progressed through Real Madrid's youth system and was re-signed from Rayo Vallecano in 2023, recorded seven defensive contributions in the match against Elche, including one assist and two accurate long balls.
