Rodri Invites Julian Alvarez to Join Barcelona
Rodri, a midfielder for Barcelona, has publicly welcomed Julian Alvarez, currently with Atletico Madrid, to join him at the Catalan club. Rodri described Alvarez as a "sensational player" and stated he would take him to Barcelona "without hesitation." The two players were former teammates at Manchester City, where they played together for two years.
Rodri's comments came in an interview with Mundo Deportivo, where he expressed admiration for Alvarez's skills, calling him "incredible." Although Alvarez has shown interest in moving to Barcelona, Atletico Madrid has ultimately decided against selling the Argentina international to the Catalan club.
