LCA Film Festival Celebrates 10th Anniversary with "Faaji Agba" Screening

LCA! partners with Arts Society to host the 10th-anniversary screening of "Faaji Agba," a landmark documentary by filmmaker Remi. The event, scheduled for October 1, 2025, at Agip Hall, Muson Center, Lagos, celebrates the revival of Lagos' forgotten highlife music.

The film, first premiered at the LCA Film Festival in 2015, showcases the timeless sound of veteran musicians, reintroducing it to a new generation. The collaboration between LCA and Mbari Kola Arts Society will feature a talk session with legendary filmmaker Kunle Tejuoso.

This event serves as a cultural time capsule, preserving the memory and legacy of Lagos' music scene.
