ANTP Confirms Veteran Nollywood Actor Lere Paimo Is Alive Amid Death Rumors

The Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (ANTP) refuted rumors of Lere Paimo's death, clarifying that the veteran Nollywood actor is alive and well. The false news was initially shared by Seun Oleketuyi, Chairman of Best Nollywood Award, but ANTP's statement signed by Princ Adejonwo Oluwafemi Femson confirmed Paimo's good health.

Paimo, also known as Baba Eda Onil Ola, has survived two strokes. ANTP urged the public to verify information before sharing and cautioned against spreading misinformation.
