ANTP Debunks Death Rumors of Veteran Actor Lere Paimo, Confirms He is Alive and Well

The Association of Nigerian Theatre Practitioners (ANTP) has refuted claims of the death of veteran Nollywood actor Lere Paimo, known as "Eda Onil Ola." ANTP's Public Relations Officer, Pro Prince Adejonwo Oluwafemi Femson, clarified that Paimo is alive and well, contrary to media reports. The association emphasized that Paimo's wife, Chief Olaler Osunpaimo MFR, is also alive and in good health.

Paimo, an 86-year-old award-winning actor and filmmaker, has been active in the industry since 1958. ANTP urged the public to disregard misinformation and verify information before sharing.
